Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Bellevue at Beardmore Event Center

Originally we booked at another hotel w/o seeing reviews, when we saw reviews later, it was hotel from Hell! We cancelled and booked at Courtyard in Bellevue, it was beautiful and perfect! They put us on the 1st floor since we had our dogs with us and 1 has Arthritis and can’t do stairs. There was green areas behind hotel so we could walk our dogs, made it so nice. If you are going to NE. this is the place to stay! Will definitely book there next time!

The gal at the front desk check-in Taylan, was super friendly and knowledgeable. We ate at their In house restaurant, for dinner and also a late night snack... Exceptional food! And the service from their restaurant staff, (Cassandra and Kat) was absolutely wonderful, top notch for sure above and beyond...

Good hospitality location for the wedding party. Rooms were well priced for the area. There is no sit down breakfast just pricey to go options from downstairs area. The shower wasn't the easiest to adjust and because of the open walkin concept floor was always soaked. Id prefer another option. Beds were comfy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Extended Stay at the Courtyard by Marriott / Beardmore Event Center – Bellevue, Nebraska From August 11 to October 17, 2025, I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott and Beardmore Event Center in Bellevue, Nebraska. To be honest, I’m genuinely sad to be leaving — this hotel has truly felt like home, and the incredible staff here made my two-month stay an experience I will never forget. When I first arrived, Taylin (Front Desk Attendant) was the first person I met. She checked me in with kindness, professionalism, and a warm smile that immediately made me feel welcome. Later that evening, after getting settled into my room, I went down to the Bistro for dinner, where I met Katie (Bistro Server). Katie’s friendly personality, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made that first night — and every visit after — something special. She, along with the entire Bistro team, truly made me feel comfortable and at home from the very beginning. Throughout my stay, I had the privilege of getting to know many wonderful members of the team who went above and beyond every single day. Christian (Assistant General Manager) leads by example — professional, approachable, and genuinely caring toward every guest. The front desk team — Justice (Front Desk Attendant), Ben (Front Desk Attendant), and Rachael (Front Desk Attendant) — were consistently friendly, reliable, and welcoming, always greeting me warmly and offering help whenever I needed it. The Bistro staff were equally outstanding. Kat (Bistro Server), Brandy (Bistro Manager), Cassie (Bistro Server), Alicia (Bistro Server), and Quinn (Bistro Server) all provided excellent service with professionalism and a genuine sense of hospitality. Whether I was grabbing breakfast, dinner, or simply stopping by for a coffee, their positivity and attention to detail always stood out. I also want to sincerely thank the Housekeeping Staff for their exceptional work in keeping my room spotless, comfortable, and well-stocked throughout my stay. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to learn their names, their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Over time, I truly developed friendships with many of the staff members here, and to some degree, they made me feel like family. It’s rare to find a place where everyone treats you not just as a guest, but as someone they genuinely care about. While I’ll definitely be sad to leave, it’s comforting to know that since I work right across the street, I can always stop by for dinner or just to say hello to the wonderful people who made my stay so special. The Courtyard by Marriott and Beardmore Event Center in Bellevue embodies everything great hospitality should be — professional, welcoming, and truly heartfelt. I will sincerely miss this place and all the amazing people who make it so special. I also would like to think the maintenance staff as well. Thank you all for everything — you’ve made my stay truly unforgettable.

This hotel ended up being my savior on so many levels. I was in town to settle my dads estate whom had recently passed a couple of weeks prior and take care of my mom who had a stroke the next day. Late late one night after a long and stressful day, I asked my sister if she knew of a place in Bellevue. She mentioned this particular hotel. So I took it. Well, not only did it exceed all of my expectations as far as comfort, quiet, cleanliness, amenities (pool, hot tub, washer/dryer, business area, printers, food, drinks, etc) but the staff was outstanding.They were so accommodating as I went week to week of uncertainty about all that I had to get done adn had no time frame of departing. Then under the pressure of all of it, my back completely went out. I was in bed and getting treatments for two full weeks. I cannot thank enough to Rachel, Taylan, Malhricia, and Christian for their help, professionalism, support, caring and compassion nature, knowledge, and placing me in a room that truly did become my sanctuary. Thank you again and I WILL only be staying at this hotel when returning to Nebraska. Thank you!

When we arrived, a late arrival, we noticed that our room had not been properly cleaned. But being exhausted I waited till the next morning to report that. Kudos to Kaitlyn K, who got the room, attended to, including changing sheets and towels within minutes. Thank you for such attendance to Care!

Everything is great. Smoke at the entrance. We were used to have complimentary coffee and complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is served at your expense. A good experience overall.

THE BEST WEDDING EVER. Staff was wonderful and super nice. Everyone stated if they had a question, staff was willing to step in and help and make things move smoothly. Maddie and staff were amazing to work with to get all wedding things set up. I wouldn't change a thing. And did I mention THE FOOD WAS AWESOME. OH MY GOODNESS
